These terms apply to your use of tulipss.xyz (the "Site"), a pre-launch landing page for Tulips. By using the Site — including submitting the early access, feedback, or rating forms — you agree to these terms.

1. What this Site is

The Site lets you learn about Tulips, join the early access list, and submit feedback or ratings. It does not itself provide the Tulips AI companion product. Joining early access does not guarantee access by any specific date, or at all.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through this Site.

3. Your submissions

Feedback, bug reports, and ratings you submit may be used by us to improve Tulips, without any obligation to compensate you. Please don't submit anything confidential, unlawful, or that you don't have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to abuse, spam, or disrupt the Site's forms or infrastructure, or attempt to submit false verification information.

5. No warranty

The Site and any information on it are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, while Tulips is in active pre-launch development.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
