Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Tulips ("we", "us") collects through this website (tulipss.xyz), why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. This site is a pre-launch landing page for early access sign-ups, feedback, and ratings — it is not the Tulips app itself.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: name (optional), email address, and phone number, submitted through the feedback form or early access sign-up.
• Feedback content: the message, feedback type, and star rating you submit.
• Verification data: a one-time OTP code sent to your email to confirm you own the address you submitted.
• Google account email: if you choose "Continue with Google" instead of email OTP, we receive your email address from Google to verify your identity. We do not receive your Google password or access anything else in your Google account.
• Basic technical data: your IP address is used transiently for spam/rate-limit protection (via Cloudflare Turnstile and a request rate limiter) and is not stored alongside your feedback.
• Analytics (optional): if enabled, aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics via Google Analytics 4.

2. Why we collect it

• To verify you're a real person before accepting your submission.
• To respond to your feedback and notify you about bugs or feature requests.
• To add you to the early access list and notify you when access opens.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and duplicate submissions.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use the following processors to run this site, each of which only receives what it needs to perform its function:

• Supabase — stores submitted data in a database.
• Resend — sends OTP verification emails.
• Google — provides optional "Continue with Google" sign-in.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Upstash — provides rate-limiting infrastructure to block spam.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your contact details and feedback until you request deletion, or until they are no longer needed for the purposes above.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@tulipss.xyz. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children

This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18 years of age.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will update the date above.
